Erasmus Mundus CLIDE Scholarship Fully funded Master’s program in Poland covering tuition, €1,400/month stipend, and health insurance. Scholarship Benefits
- Full tuition fee coverage: Scholarship holders pay no tuition fees at all. A portion is covered by the Erasmus Mundus grant, and the rest by the CLIDE consortium.
- Monthly stipend: €1,400 per month for the full 24 months of the program (total ≈ €33,600). This helps cover living expenses such as accommodation, food, local transport, and daily costs.
- Comprehensive health insurance: Full coverage throughout the entire program duration.
Note: Travel and installation (settling-in) costs are not separately covered The monthly stipend is meant to help with these and other expenses.
Eligibility Criteria
Basic Academic Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, minimum 180 ECTS) from a recognized university in fields such as:
- Economics, finance, IT, communication, management sciences, or closely related disciplines.
- If your degree is in another field but has a strong intercultural leadership dimension, you can apply and explain the relevant competencies gained in your motivation statement.
- Final-year bachelor students can apply if they graduate before the program starts (September 2026). You will need to provide a certificate of enrollment and latest transcript, plus an eligibility statement confirming you can start the Master’s.
Language Proficiency
- Advanced English skills at least B2 level (or higher) sufficient for academic study (courses, extensive reading, and writing term papers in English).
- Accepted proofs: Official language test scores (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) or other recognized certificates. Specific regulations follow Polish higher education rules for English proficiency.
Other General Requirements
- No age limit.
- Open to applicants from all countries and regions worldwide (no distinction between Programme and Partner countries for this program).
- Very good to excellent academic performance in your previous studies.
- Strong motivation for intercultural leadership and digital transformation.

How To Apply Online
1. Prepare Your Documents First

- Start your diploma verification early through the SYRENA portal.
- It’s free but can take up to 60 days.
2. Access the Online Portal
- Go to the official CLIDE website.
- The link for the Intercultural Leadership program will be active on 29 March 2026.
3. Create an Account or Log In
- Register or log in to the Nicolaus Copernicus University online admission system.
If you already have an account, just log in.
4. Fill the Application Form
Complete all sections carefully. You will need to provide:
- Personal information
- Education background
- English language skills
- Work experience
- Select your professional track: Leading Intercultural Teams or Leadership in the Digital Era
5. Upload Required Documents
Upload clear scans of all mandatory documents:
- Completed online application form
- Motivation letter
- CV (Europass format recommended)
- At least two recommendation letters (one academic, one professional)
- Bachelor’s diploma with official English translation
- For final-year students: certificate of enrollment and most recent transcript
- Transcript of records (with English translation if needed)
